He served has CEO of Bartech in New York, SVP Strategy and Innovation at IDT Telecom, SVP Business Development at Sargent part of Merrill Lynch Capital Group, and started up several profit centers and companies throughout the world. André lead high performance teams growing sales and profit in digital media, telecommunications, and information technologies.

He received an MBA at the University Paris IX Dauphine and specialized in Hotel Management at the Internatioal Institute of  Glion-Switzerland and graduated as Certified Coach at the University of Texas of Dallas.
